THE GREAT OUTDOORS

I have always loved the outdoors!  Particularly the mountains.  So this page has nothing to do with my blog, but just a bunch of pictures taken over the years of things that are important to me.  I have always felt a spiritual connection to this world we are a part of.

Robert Lewis Stevenson once said of forests:

"It is not so much for its beauty that the forest makes a claim upon men's hearts, as for that subtle something, that quality of air that emanation from old trees, that so wonderfully changes and renews a weary spirit."
